Together with Mattias Ohlsson at Campfire Stories, we have created a short film featuring three super easy recipes. We hope that it can inspire more people to try vegetable fermentation and that it can also inspire those who cook for many to incorporate this into their daily lives. The film has English subtitles.
If you’re fermenting for children in a school kitchen or at home, you can adjust the recipes from the film by omitting onions and garlic and making a brine with 4% salt (slightly less salt than in the film).
